MY SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
 
            As Technical Management Head
            
I manage and coordinate the Department's
              technical staff, overseeing activity planning, performance
              evaluation, training, and staff onboarding. 
              I also coordinate the use of laboratories and scientific
              equipment, including in collaboration with other research
              facilities, and provide support for the procurement of technical
              goods and services. 
              I collaborate on updating risk documents and managing emergencies.
              I also handle technical and IT services, maintenance, and space
              optimization. My work combines technical, organizational, and
              management skills.
 
            As a Scientific Technical Officer
Although my primary position as Technical
              Management Head keeps me actively engaged, I also dedicate a bit
              of time to my passion for environmental monitoring.
              With a background in electronics, I develop and build advanced
              monitoring stations that collect key environmental and
              meteorological data.
              This work allows me to apply my skills creatively while
              contributing to sustainability and data-driven environmental
              research.
